Exterior Power Washing – Small Homes Only
This package is designed strictly for homes under 1,300 square feet. Includes exterior power washing of accessible ground-level areas: Exterior siding (ground-level access only) Front porch Standard 2-car driveway Front walkway Removes surface dirt, mildew, light algae, and environmental buildup. Homes 1,300 sq ft or larger require a separate estimate and higher pricing. Does NOT include: Roof cleaning Second-story areas requiring lift equipment Deck staining or sealing Fence restoration Oil stain deep treatment Heavy mold remediation Severe staining, excessive algae, or oversized driveways may require additional charge.

By booking services with our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Scheduling & Access
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a lock-out fee may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Deposits (when required) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
Deposits
Certain services (deep cleaning, move-in/out, post-construction, snow removal, or large projects) may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments

Safety & Conditions
For safety reasons, our team reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in hazardous conditions, including but not limited to biohazards, structural instability, aggressive pets, or unsafe environments.

We are licensed and insured. While we take great care with your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
